Road maintenance and traffic management
Nordecon and its subsidiaries Järva Teed AS and Hiiu Teed Ltd. perform year-round maintenance work on national roads in Harju, Järva and Hiiu Counties, the total length of which is over 2100 kilometres. The company has been engaged in maintenance of national roads in Järva and Hiiu Counties since 2002 and in the Keila road supervisor area in Harju County since 2004.
Lengthy maintenance experience, a modern equipment park and professional team are the reasons the Road Administration has signed a maintenance contract for national roads for all the aforementioned maintenance areas for the coming years, too – in Järva and Hiiu Counties until 2016 and in Harju County until 2018. The responsibility of the maintenance provider is to ensure maintenance of the road and road protection zone (including snow removal and de-icing in winter), to perform preservation repairs, to arrange road use and other activities related to road maintenance. Our wish and objective is to provide road users with safe and stress-free traffic conditions on main state roads and side roads all year round.
Järva Teed provides full service of traffic management and is responsible for preparing road management designs, traffic management during construction work and manufacturing and installation of traffic management means. For instance, Järva Teed manufactures such items as traffic signs, roadside marking posts and safety barriers and house and street signs.

Nordecon’s turnover increased in Q1 by more than a quarter when compared to the previous year
10. may 2012The sales revenue of Nordecon AS amounted to 22.5 million euros in Q1 of 2012, which is 27% more on the year-over-year basis. The group recorded gross profit of 36,000 euros in Q1, which means year-over-year improvement of approximately 109,000 euros. The volume of the contracts portfolio and continuous rise in the efficiency of the construction activities allows the group to see the remaining year with moderate optimism.
Nordecon signed a contract with Selvaag Sakala for the construction of an office building in Tallinn city centre
09. may 2012Nordecon AS and Selvaag Sakala OÜ, a subsidiary of the Norwegian real estate group Selvaag Gruppen, signed a contract for the construction of an office building in Tallinn city centre, at Kentmanni 4/Sakala 10. The cost of construction work will be approximately 4.3 million euros.
Nordecon receives award for world’s best metal roof at trade fair
12. april 2012At the Eesti Ehitab 2012 trade fair today, Detlef Strauch, Secretary-General of the International Federation for the Roofing Trade, presented Nordecon AS with the award for its construction of the best metal roof in the world – that of the Ahhaa Science Centre.
Composition of the Management Board of Nordecon AS to change
