Geodetic surveys
Nordecon AS has performed geodetic surveys and topogeodetic operations since 2001.
Our highly qualified specialists have encountered various complex building and infrastructure projects, which ensures quick and quality performance.
Major completed construction projects include the following: closing of Narva ash field no. 2, construction of Vaida-Aruvalla section of Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa road, the 1st stage of construction procurement of Koidula frontier station, construction work of office building at Liivalaia 45/47, construction works of Mäo intersection at Tallinn-Tartu-Võru-Luhamaa road.
Major recent topogeodetic surveys include: section at km 0.00-7.5 of Tumala-Orissaare-Väike väin basic road; procurements of the survey of water and sewerage facilities in Viimsi rural municipality, design and construction of water and sewerage facilities at Jüri settlement.
Fieldwork is performed by 5 survey brigades. We are experienced in executing complicated planning operations and performing volume calculations.
We hold the following licences for performing geodetic surveys: EEG000122; 733MA
The quality of geodetic operations is ensured by using the following tools:
- Graphics programmes: Autodesk Civil 3D , Autodesk Map3D, Autodesk Architecture;
- Survey instruments: Trimble S6, Trimble S8, GPS Trimble R6, GPS Topcon HiPer+

Nordecon to increase its Q1 sales revenue by 20% year-over-year
09. may 2013The sales revenue of Nordecon AS amounted to €27.1 million in the 1st quarter of 2013, which is 20% more than in the same period the year before. The Group’s gross profit in the 1st quarter was €593,000, increasing by more than half a million euros compared to the quarter a year ago.
Nordecon to deliver a completed commercial building to the client in the Rotermanni Quarter
29. april 2013Today, Nordecon AS delivered the completed commercial and residential building at the address Rotermanni 10 in the Tallinn City Centre to Rotermanni City OÜ, a company engaged in developing the Rotermanni Quarter. The construction of the commercial building with guest apartments lasted 12 months.

11. april 2013Nordecon enter into a contract with AS Paide Vesi for reconstruction of the water treatment plant in Paide. The total value of the work with the reserve of the contracting entity is 6.74 million euros exclusive of VAT.
