Erkki Suurorg, Member of the Management Board,
Head of Group Function Civil Engineering
Erkki Suurorg has been working for the group since 1999. He has filled the positions of project manager and division manager, and he has been a member of the management board since 2005. Erkki is responsible for the department of civil engineering works in the Nordecon Group. Erkki is a member of the Estonian Association of Civil Engineers and he is an authorised civil engineer of Estonia. Erkki graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in the field of civil engineering in 1997.

Alo Tamm, Construction Director
Alo Tamm started out in the group in 1998, as a trainee. At the company, Alo has performed the duties of quality manager, lawyer, head of the construction division and development director. As of 2012, Alo is the Construction Director at Nordecon AS. In 2000, Alo graduated from Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) in the field of construction; in 2002, he obtained a Master of Engineering degree from TUT. In 2005, he graduated from the Institute of Law of the University of Tartu, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Alo Tamm has been certified as a Level V civil engineer by the Estonian Association of Civil Engineers.

Priit Luman, Head of Buildings Construction Division
Priit Luman worked as a trainee in companies belonging to Nordecon Group during the period 2006 – 2009. In 2009, Priit started working at Nordecon AS as a supervisor. From 2011, he has been a site manager, and since 2013 the head of the buildings construction division.
Priit graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in Civil and Building Engineering in 2010, obtaining a cum laude Master’s degree in Science in Engineering. Priit Luman has been issued a Level V Diploma Civil Engineer by the Estonian Association of Civil Engineers. .

Reedik Raudla, Civil Engineering Director
Reedik Raudla started working for the group as a work manager in 1996. He then became a project manager and, as of 2010, the manager of the division of civil engineering. He worked for Teede REV-2 as a works manager before he joined Nordecon. Reedik graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in the field of transport construction in 1999 and obtained an M.Tech at the same university in 2001. He is certified by the Estonian Association of Civil Engineers as a Level V civil engineer in the fields of general and road construction.

Ain Pähkel, Head of Road Construction and Production Division
Ain Pähkel started working for the group in 2002 as a works manager. He then became a project leader and a leader of road construction division in 2009 and, as of 2011, the leader of road construction and production.  Ain graduated from the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences in the field of civil engineering in 2004. He is certified by the Estonian Transport and Road Association as a Level IV road engineer.

Kaspar Kaldjärv, Road Maintenance and Machinery Director
Kaspar Kaldjärv started working for the group in 2004.He has filled the positions of site manager, lawyer and manager of the division of road management and technology. Kaspar is also responsible for coordination of work with subsidiaries that deal with road management and technology. He graduated from Academy Nord in the field of law in 2005. He obtained a Master’s degree in social sciences in 2007.

Toomas Rell, Regional Manager in South Estonia/
Head of Residential Development Department
Toomas Rell started working for the group in 2005. He has worked in different positions in the field of real estate development. Toomas has been the manager of the Real Estate Department since 2009. He obtained his leading experience in AS Põltsamaa Felix from 1995 to 2005. Toomas graduated from the Estonian Agricultural University (now known as the Estonian University of Life Sciences).
