 Jaano Vink

Jaano Vink, Chairman of the Management Board
Civil engineer Jaano Vink has been leading the company since 2002. Jaano has previously worked in different positions for Wiklar AS and Tallinna Sadam AS. Jaano was a member of the management board of the Estonian Association of Construction Entrepreneurs from 2007 to 2016. Jaano graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in the field of industrial and attended business management Master degree studies at Estonian Business School.


Priit Luman, member of the board
On 1 May 2017, Priit Luman started as a member of the board of Nordecon AS responsible for the company’s activities in foreign markets. He has been employed by various Nordecon corporate group enterprises since 2006 in different positions related to construction works management. From 2013, he has worked as director of the buildings construction division.


Maret Tambek, member of the board
On 1 May 2017, Maret Tambek started as a member of the board of Nordecon AS responsible for the financial management and support services of the corporate group. Maret has been working for the group from 2007 when she took a job as a financial manager for Nordecon Infra AS. In spring 2010, she assumed the position of the head accountant of the corporate group and since July 2014 has worked as the financial director of the group. Previously, Maret spent eleven years working for KPMG Baltics AS as an auditor. From 1992 to 1996, she worked as a specialist for the Bank of Estonia. Maret graduated from Tallinn University of Technology (now Tallinn Technical University) specialising in production management and planning in 1989. Maret is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of Estonian Auditors’ Association.  

Mall Ivalo

Mall Ivalo, Head of Group Function HRM
Mall Ivalo has been the human resources manager since 2008. She previously worked for Elcoteq Tallinn AS as the manager of the personnel group and in leading positions in the personnel and administrative fields for Ericsson Eesti AS from 1996 to 2003. Mall is a member of the supervisory board of Nõmme Private School as a representative of Nõmme Eraharidus foundation. She graduated from the University of Tartu cum laude in the field of English philology and obtained a Master’s degree in international business management at The Estonian Business School in 2002.

Ingrid Aloe-Kiisel

Ingrid Kiisel, Head of Group Function Legal Affairs
Ingrid Kiisel commenced work in the group as lawyer in 2006. In 2008 she became head of legal affairs department and since 2009 she has been performing the duties of the Head of Group Function Legal Affairs. Since 2001 Ingrid worked as chief specialist in the Insurance Division of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance. After that she became employed as a lawyer at YIT Ehitus AS (former FKSM AS). Ingrid has been a member of the Estonian Academic Law Society since 1998. Ingrid studied law at the Law Institute, from where she graduated cum laude in 2000. She received her Master’s Degree from the Law Faculty of the Tartu University in 2004.

Mart Moldau

Mart Moldau, Head of IT Department
Mart Moldau started working for Nordecon AS as the manager of the IT department in 2005. Previously, Mart worked for Tallinna Sadam AS as the manager of the department of information systems and as the manager of the department of computer systems from 2000 to 2005. He has studied computer networking in Tallinn Polytechnical Institute (now known as Tallinn University of Technology).

Tatjana Boiko, Head of Group Function Accounting
Tatjana first began working for the group in 2007, as an accountant at one of its sub-groups. In 2009, Tatjana performed the duties of chief accountant for Nordecon International AS, and in 2010 she became the deputy chief accountant for the group. As of July 2014, Tatjana Boiko is the chief accountant of Nordecon AS. During the period 1996–2007 Tatjana worked as the chief accountant and CEO of Vulcaanhaven Eesti OÜ, and in the years before that, as an accountant for Ooperi Restorani AS and Santeko AS. In 1990, Tatjana graduated from Tallinn University of Technology, specialising in accounting and financial analysis. She received ACCA’s DipIFR qualification in 2012.

Meelis Kann

Meelis Kann, Head of Quality Department
Meelis Kann started working for Nordecon AS as a quality monitoring specialist in 2004. He became the manager of the quality department in 2007. Previously, Meelis worked for Ahti Väin Konsult OÜ as a project manager. Meelis graduated from the Estonian Agricultural University (now known as the Estonian University of Life Sciences) in the field of rural construction in 1998.
