About the company
We create a holistic living environment in order to help our clients maintain and increase the value of their property.
Founded in 1989, the construction company Nordecon AS (formerly Eesti Ehitus) has since grown into one of the largest construction groups in Estonia, operating in nearly every sector of the construction market. For many years, the cornerstone of our business strategy has been to focus on general construction contracting and project management, and we have set the goal of keeping our portfolio of works balanced between the buildings and facilities sectors. To support our core business, a number of support activities in the field, such as concrete works, road maintenance, etc., have gradually been added to our range of services.
As specialists in our field, at Nordecon we offer our clients high-quality service in the construction of commercial, industrial and public buildings, as well as in the field of infrastructure; under our management, roads, landfills, utility networks and port facilities can be built. An overview of the many complex and diverse construction projects implemented over the years can be found under projects.
Nordecon’s construction activity is divided into four divisions: building construction, civil engineering, road construction and Nordecon Pärnu. The Pärnu division has grown out of the former subsidiary Eston Ehitus AS, which has a history of almost 30 years, primarily operating in the field of building construction.
The Nordecon Group has several subsidiaries. In addition to the parent company Nordecon AS, there are Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) as well as Embach Ehitus AS, which act as general contractors in the construction market. In addition to general contracting, NOBE has also specialized in the construction of concrete structures in Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. Subsidiary Tariston’s main areas of activity are the construction of infrastructure objects and facilities, and the year-round maintenance of national roads. Subsidiary Kaurits has focused on renting and contracting heavy construction equipment. In Ukraine, Nordecon operates through its subsidiary Eurocon and through Sweden’s Swencn.
Nordecon is a member of the Estonian Association of Construction Entrepreneurs, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Estonian Digital Construction Cluster. Shares of Nordecon AS have been listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange since 18 May 2006.
