Building Information Modelling
We are implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) in our daily processes to solve substantial problems in design before they reach the construction site.
We expect 3D models from the designers and architects, we are looking for various ways to implement BIM on the construction site, and we are actively working to increase the awareness of our clients of the new possibilities.

During the construction process, the visual materials equip the project team with a better understanding of the peculiarities of the project and facilitate better communication of the final outcome to the client as well as the subcontractors.
The information stored in the model enables the client to operatively find the required information about the maintenance of equipment and materials or the supplier of any specific product in the course of the building exploitation.
